1. Who sells Reeve
Reeve is sold by Invisu ApS, Denmark. You can reach us at hello@reevetalk.com or by replying to your Stripe receipt.
2. Price and payment
Reeve costs $19, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and no renewal. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
3. Your licence
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use Reeve on computers you own or control, on up to two Macs at the same time. To use a third, deactivate one in Reeve's Settings first. The licence is for one person. You may not resell, share or redistribute Reeve or your licence key.
Activating Reeve needs an internet connection once; after that the app checks in with our licence server about once a month. If a purchase is fully refunded or the payment is charged back, the licence stops working.
4. Updates
Updates to Reeve are included in the price.
5. Your AI provider
Reeve needs your own key from a supported AI provider. Your use of that provider, its prices and its handling of your data are governed by your agreement with the provider. Usage is billed by the provider to you, and we are not responsible for those charges or for the provider's service.
6. Requirements
Reeve requires macOS 14 or later on an Apple Silicon Mac, Microphone and Accessibility permission, an internet connection, and an API key from a supported AI provider (OpenAI or ElevenLabs today) with a payment method on that account. Please check these before buying.
7. Refunds and the switching discount
Your right of withdrawal and our switching discount are described on the refunds page.
8. Warranty and liability
Reeve is provided as it is. We give no warranty beyond what Danish and EU consumer law requires, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Read the text Reeve writes before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Disputes may be brought before the Danish courts. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Centre for Complaints (Nævnenes Hus).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought Reeve continues to apply to that purchase.
